What we collect
Your name and email from Google, used only to sign you in.
Your dictations: the recording, the transcript, its duration, and the app or website you dictated into.
Your learning state: the words you save, practise and dismiss, and your settings.
How we use it
To transcribe and format what you say, suggest words, and track what you are learning.
To show your history, so you can search it and replay any recording.
We never sell your data, show you ads, or use your dictations to train models for anyone else.
Who processes it
Supabase stores your account and data, Render runs our server and Modal runs our speech models.
Google Gemini receives the text of recent dictations to find and translate vocabulary.
Each acts only on our behalf.
Your choices
Your data stays until you ask us to delete it. Email support@getfluently.app and we delete your account and everything in it.
Microphone and accessibility access are yours to revoke at any time in System Settings.
